By downloading, accessing, or using GymLuv, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Use of the app
GymLuv is a personal workout logging app for informational and organizational purposes only. You are responsible for how you use the app and for any decisions you make based on its content.
Not medical advice
GymLuv does not provide medical, health, training, or nutritional advice. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent any medical condition.
Purchases
GymLuv includes a free usage tier and an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited logging. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. Pricing may change in future versions, but previously completed purchases remain governed by the terms in effect when purchased.
Data and backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Features such as iCloud Drive backup and JSON export are provided to help you keep and move your data, but we do not guarantee that backups, restores, or exports will always be available, complete, or error-free.
Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of GymLuv at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app, website, or any specific feature.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse GymLuv, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in any unlawful way.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymLuv is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of GymLuv.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
